Design
We will draw up preliminary plans for your home based on your unique situation. At this point we will begin finalizing the design aspects of the project.
Budget Creation
Once the design decisions have been made we can create a budget line by line and determine a final price.
Contract and Final Design Decisions
After the price has been agreed on we will create a contract and finalize all design decisions.
Construction
Your project is ready to be built! We will work diligently to ensure the entire process proceeds smoothly. The length of the construction phase depends on material availability and the size of the project. We will keep you in the loop, regularly communicating updates and milestones as the build proceeds.
